Stephan is a young dynamic individual who fell immediately in love with property after his first property interaction. He has dedicated his time towards understanding Cape Town’s property market. During his time in property, he has had the opportunity to build a strong rental book; sell numerous residential and sectional title properties; close large commercial property deals through his role as a land acquisition specialist. From finding clients their dream home to selling off plan units in developments he finds himself moving onto the next next stage of his property career.
Wessel is currently the Managing partner of Planteam SA.
